Who We Are

Founded in 2017 by Javier Vazquez, Eng. (JV) and Eduardo Cosme, Acct. (EC), JVEC Investment LLC has been able to offer construction, repair and remodeling services throughout the whole island of Puerto Rico with a lot of success. In addition, we have been available to assist with the completion of several special projects as sub-contractors.

We are exclusive distributors for Reflect-A-Seal roof sealing product in Puerto Rico. We are also certified installers of flooring product PurEpoxy.

Our Services

Construction & Remodeling

We work remodeling projects of commercial offices, residences, etc. In the construction area, we have skilled personnel in commercial work, including construction of steel and concrete structures, such as new construction and extension of residences.

Epoxy Floors

We are Certified Installers for residential and commercial floor epoxy based products. We use PurEpoxy as our flooring product, which offers a great variety of finishes and colors to satisfy all the requirements of our customers.

Interior Drywall / Gypsum

We have personnel trained in Gypsum Board work, and we are able to perform quality work with correct and detailed terminations.

Professional Painting

We offer our clients commercial and residential painting services, always using products of the highest quality in market.

Roof Sealing

Our staff has more than 10 years of experience in waterproofing of residential, commercial and industrial roofs. Always looking to offer our customers quality products, we have acquired the exclusivity of Reflect-A-Seal, a product manufactured in the United States for the weather conditions of our island. It offers 10 years of guarantee in the application of the product.

Other Services and/or Products

As part of our team we have engineers, electrical experts, master plumbers, bricklayers, carpenters, welders and cabinetmakers, which are able to assist with any project needs. We also provide planning, design, and permission filing services.
